Great service

We had a misunderstanding of the asking price and the trade in price. It was the meaning of words but we're able work things out and got a nice car for us. They did get us a second key fob and agreed to give us some of the money back for the misunderstanding of the after market add ons. Over all not a bad experience. Added to. We ended up trading this vehicle a month later so the after market service contract was also canceled on this vehicle. 39 days and many phone calls, stopping in at the dealership 3 times getting told we will call you back when we find out why you haven't got it yet. No callbacks and still no refund. Beware of any communication after the purchase.

I actually enjoyed my experience at Sky Ford. No up sales. They went so above and beyond. They actually took care of me instead of selling. Unusually knoweldgable - so impressed. Did I say "honest'? Honest! honest! I chose them after another Ford dealer dropped the ball. Boy, am I glad I ended up at Sky.

My service advisor listened to my concerns and took care of me promptly. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys your all awesome.
