I actually had a really good experience here. I was super hesitant about going here cause of a bad experience I had when it was Larry H. Miller. However this was a good experience. Jon was my service rep. And I feel he bent over backwards to help me out. Thank you guys.

Jon answered took my call and answered my questions. He was polite and very professional. He got me into the service department quickly and completed the part of a recall he could. He then order the part(s) for the other recall while I was still there.

This review is for John in the service department. He was so kind and helpful. I had to get a new engine at 342 miles on my brand new Bronco. He treated me respectfully. I would leave a zero star review for the sales team. They were rude to me as I tried to get help. They wouldn’t return my calls and treated me very poorly.
