had an excellent experience at Sky Ford of Provo! The valet team was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. They handled my Ford Maverick with great care, were quick and organized, and made the entire service visit smooth and stress-free. Customer service like this is hard to find, and the team truly went above and beyond. Thank you to everyone at Sky Ford of Provo for making my visit such a positive experience. I highly recommend them!

I started going to this ford dealership for service when I first purchased my bronco sport, and I was amazed at how well the service department took care of me. Even since they changed to Sky Ford the quality of their service hasn't dropped. This last visit they found an issue with my rear shocks, and since it was under warranty, took care of it with no hassle. I came back two days later and in a couple hours they had the shocks swapped out. The gentleman who helped me out, Alec, explained everything clearly and even provided me with some good advice when I asked him for some.

Found one of their listings on Facebook Marketplace. Maybe it was because we arrived pretty much already decided (just had to drive the actual vehicle and ensure it was sound), but our salesperson (Bronson) was not at all annoying and was knowledgeable, transparent, and helpful. He was completely transparent with the fact that the Jeep wasn't his area of expertise as a Ford dealership employee, and that it had come in as a trade-in (or something--I don't remember, my fault, not his). He told us everything he knew and made sure we left with a charger for it. Quick and easy transaction as a car purchase with financing goes.

I had a call with Greg in the parts service center. He was kind, patient, and intuitive about what I needed. I told him about the service I was planning to do and details about the car. He got me a quote of all the parts I needed sent to my email before the call ended. I was impressed by the smooth and timely service. After receiving the quote, I found that prices in the quote were the same as on oem online stores like ford parts and Ford oem parts online. I had thought that local dealerships added their markup on parts sold but that wasn't the case with Sky Ford of Provo. They earned my trust with their competitive pricing and experienced customer service. Hence, I went to get several parts from them. During my visit, Greg gave me an exceptional service. He listened keenly to many questions I had and provided me with suggestions and recommendations. His colleague was as exceptional as he was. Ivan (I think that was his name), listened and gave me suggestions when I engaged him while Greg was away picking up the parts for me.
