I had an excellent experience buying my car with Lavar Campbell at Ford. From the first contact, he was very attentive, professional, and patient, answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect vehicle. The buying process was fast, transparent, and without any pressure, which made all the difference. I highly recommend Lavar to anyone looking for quality service and a trustworthy professional. I went to Larry H. Miller in Provo, because they had the best quote for a repair i needed. I scheduled an appt, and went in. When I got there, they had no record of my appt. Nor did they know about the quote I was given. Not a big deal as they'd been having issues with their phones and computers. Luckily, they record their phone calls. So they were able to verify the quote. After a few days of no-contact from the service rep Daniel. I went in, in person, to see what was going on. Daniel told me, that they'd do the job. But they might have to charge more. When I asked him, what would happen if I refused extra charges. He told me that he would have the vehicle towed to my house, unassembled and un-repaired. At this point, I went to talk to Josh, who is a Manager. Josh heard my concerns, and acknowledged that they would stick by the quote. And that Daniel had overstepped, when they had already discussed it. They got my car in, and fixed it. The issue has been solved, and my vehicle is driving great. The reason for 4/5 stars, is because the manager and service technician were both AMAZING! They were awesome to work with, and I would gladly take my vehicles to them again. Seeing the effort and integrity, they put forward to make it right. Is a true rarity nowadays. The one downside, was the service writer Daniel. I honestly, don't understand how he even has a job there. I imagine, that they need to fix his mess ups with customers regularly. As almost every interaction that I had with him, was negative.

Jon Jenks helped us compare and test drive a few of their used cars, looking for a good fit for our recent graduate. He was patient, helpful, super responsive, and even stayed late. It felt more like a friend helping us find the right car. Even though we ended up buying at another dealer (our needs were pretty specific) I wanted to give Jon a shout out. They have some really fun Broncos and they clean their used cars really well, even the higher mileage (100K+ miles) ones.

I always appreciate the friendliness of the folks at the desks. The technicians are always kind and responsive as well. I have been taking my car here for years and anytime I have questions the staff is always willing to help educate me. I've had times where the technicians have been willing to walk me through what's going on with my car as it's up on the risers, pointing out the areas of interest. Their lounge area is comfortable and quiet and the free wifi and coffee allow me to get remote work done while I'm waiting for quick repairs. For any longer repairs, they'll pay for my Uber or (more recently) offer to pick up and drop off my car for me. 10/10. I trust this dealership with all of my car needs.
