What customers say about ford dealer draper
I actually enjoyed my experience at Sky Ford. No up sales. They went so above and beyond. They actually took care of me instead of selling. Unusually knoweldgable - so impressed. Did I say "honest'? Honest! honest! I chose them after another Ford dealer dropped the ball. Boy, am I glad I ended up at Sky.
I have never been a fan of dealerships. I’ve always preferred to buy my car elsewhere, but I was pleasantly surprised and had an amazing experience with Scott! He provided great education on a vehicle for me and provided excellent customer service!
I had a great experience at the Ford dealership. Scott was extremely helpful, professional, and made the whole process easy and straightforward. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the experience. I really appreciated his customer service and would definitely recommend.
I called to have some work done on a recall. They were able to get me in same day, and have the problem fixed in a couple of hours. I can't remember his name, but the guy who I talked with on the phone, and took my information when I was at the dealership was great. Thanks for providing a great first experience with Sky Ford.
I started going to this ford dealership for service when I first purchased my bronco sport, and I was amazed at how well the service department took care of me. Even since they changed to Sky Ford the quality of their service hasn't dropped. This last visit they found an issue with my rear shocks, and since it was under warranty, took care of it with no hassle. I came back two days later and in a couple hours they had the shocks swapped out. The gentleman who helped me out, Alec, explained everything clearly and even provided me with some good advice when I asked him for some.
