I started going to this ford dealership for service when I first purchased my bronco sport, and I was amazed at how well the service department took care of me. Even since they changed to Sky Ford the quality of their service hasn't dropped. This last visit they found an issue with my rear shocks, and since it was under warranty, took care of it with no hassle. I came back two days later and in a couple hours they had the shocks swapped out. The gentleman who helped me out, Alec, explained everything clearly and even provided me with some good advice when I asked him for some.

5/20/2025 UPDATE: Just picked up a brand new Bronco Sport for my wife. With a new baby on the way, we were stressed and under the gun and wanted to get the purchase finished quickly. Jon Jenks and Rudy took GREAT care of us, and even changed scheduling around to accommodate my VERY pregnant wife's comfort schedule. Lacey was very fair on our trade in as well. Overall, we've been very happy with dealing with these guys over the last few years, and are confident in recommending them to anybody in the market for a vehicle purchase. I hate the car buying experience, but LHM Provo alleviates the stress and is great to work with. Thank you much team we will be back! Scott Andersen was great to work with like usual. I’ve purchased a few vehicles over the past years from him, and will continue to do so. Scott doesn’t like to play the usual car buying games, instead he’s direct, and straight to the point. He’s been my go to guy, and has also helped a lot of friends and family members. Thanks again Scott! I’ll see you again next year for my Bronco Raptor! After my purchase I had a check engine light pop on a few days later. I called their service department and was able to bring it in the following day. I was planning on dropping it off for the day, but while waiting for my uber the service manager called me and asked if I was still here since they were able to remedy the issue right away and my truck was gonna be ready in 15 mins. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I’ll be back for my services as well vehicle purchases.
